S-tier means easy to get value quickly in public servers, not “objectively unbeatable.” A flashy speedster might dominate open ground yet struggle if you cannot aim engagements. A slower bruiser might thrive in doorways. Sandbox rules and player skill matter more than comic-book power scaling.
